The UPS Store works with Iron Mountain® to help make paper shredding and document destruction easy. Just bring the documents you want shredded to our convenient location at 5120 Mayfield Rd., Lyndhurst, OH. Whether it’s a stack of papers or a box of documents you need shredded, we can handle it for you.
- First, place your documents on the scale to determine the weight.
- Our shredding services are charged at a low cost per pound,
- Once the transaction is complete, you may place your documents inside our locked Iron Mountain® shredding container.

When you visit, we'll weigh your documents and then you'll place them into the secured, locked shredding bin. It's that easy.
Protect yourself from identity theft by shredding all of our sensitive documents. When you bring your documents to The UPS Store of Cleveland they are kept in a secure, locked bin until they are shredded.
All documents are shredded by Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain is AAA certified by the National Association for Information Destruction. They also are Ernst & Young SysTrust Certified, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant and are a Visa Level 1 Service Provider. To earn and maintain these certifications they must meet strict standards for employee clearance, access control, destruction process and secure processing of shreds.
Along with saving you time, our secure shredding services make your shredded documents safer than if you shredded them yourself. Discarded shreds in a dumpster show an identity thief what to take. It may take a while but they can piece documents back together.
When you shred with us, your important documents are shredded into irregularly shaped pieces (not strips), mixed in with thousands of pounds of other shreds and then recycled by a secure recycle instead of being sent to a landfill where an identity thief could find them.
